SEASON

About Our Schedule

Long Bay Symphony hosts a variety of events, including our annual Masterworks concert series which begins in the fall and includes several performances each season. We also produce special events throughout the year such as symphonic pops concerts, youth orchestra showcases, Offstage Series events, fundraisers and community gatherings.

Masterworks Series

The Masterworks Series at Long Bay Symphony features a wide range of selections from the standard and contemporary repertoire. Concerts include national and local artists and appeal to both seasoned ticket holders and new audiences alike.

Special Events

Partnering with the Myrtle Beach Rotary Club, Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce and other local organizations allows the Long Bay Symphony to bring the community a number of special musical events throughout the year including the long-running Broadway Concert, a celebration of the biggest hits of the stage!

Youth Showcases

The Long Bay Youth Symphony is comprised of over 50 talented young musicians from the region. The students receive outstanding professional training and performance opportunities through weekly rehearsals and three concerts per year.

Offstage Series

Our Offstage Series features small Long Bay Symphony ensembles performing around the Grand Strand and engaging with the community in new and unique ways. These events have included appearances at local restaurants, breweries, yoga studios and more!

Fundraisers & Events

The Long Bay Symphony has volunteers who help provide support for our mission by raising funds throughout the year with annual fundraising events such as the Fiddler on the Green Golf Tournament, Fall Fashion Show, and the Spring Tea.
